Taiyo Stainless Spring (the “Company”) in line with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, recognizes the social responsibility and laid down our policy on personal information. Accordingly personal information will be handled in the following manner and improved:

１．The Company gives all employees full recognition to the significance of the law, and formulates rules for handling personal information and carries them out. These rules will continuously be revised to ensure proper handling.

２．The Company appoints a chief administrator in each business institution who properly manages the personal information.

３．The Company is committed to prevent the acquired personal information from being illegally accessed, lost, damaged, falsified or leaked. The Company will not disclose acquired personal information to the third parties except as listed below:

　（1）with prior consent;
　（2）when necessary for us to be able to provide the service to meet the customer’s need;
　（3）when legally required to do so.

４．The Company uses the information only for the purpose of contract liability or providing useful information. The Company acquires only such personal information as is necessary and ensure that the use of such information is restricted.

５．The Company responds within reasonable intent when the customer requests disclosure, revision, cease of usage, or deletion of his or her personal information.

６．The Company complies with all laws, and other rules and standards in regard to the handling of personal information.
